20 & 25 gauge, non-structural, for interior partition walls.
12–18 gauge, for load-bearing and exterior walls.
For top-of-wall movement and curtain wall conditions.
Standard framing angle in stock gauges and lengths.
Also called resilient channel or hat channel.
CRC for bridging and bracing runs.
